Our aim is to ensure that you enjoy your stay in our apartments in Montenegro, we will:
- Aim to respond to e-mails on the same day (but usually within 2 hours)
- Notify you on receipt of any payments, both the deposit and the final balance
- Attempt to answer any questions or queries you may have
- Provide you with all the necessary information you will need, including details of our Rental Management Company and directions to the apartment
- Send you a Feedback Form once you return so that we monitor our level of service
